Dieser Tauchplatz befindet sich im Ghuradu Kanal und fällt auf beiden Seiten steil ab. Das Topriff liegt in ca. 3-5 Metern mit vielen kleinen Korallenblöcken, welche die Heimat von vielen Schwarmfischen sind. Das Riff fällt leicht ab bis auf den Kanalboden, welcher sehr sandig und mit den grünen Stempelkorallenbäumchen bedeckt ist. An der Spitze des Riffes findet Ihr viele Überhänge in welchen manchmal Stachelrochen ausruhen, aber auch große Barsche kann man hier vorfinden. Die betauchbare Seite des Giris liegt parallel zum Palm Beach Island Resort und bei einer eingehenden Strömung solltet Ihr das Riff an der linken Schulter haben. Schaut Euch die Überhänge genauer an und Ihr findet viele verschiedene Weichkorallen an der Decke. Dieser Tauchplatz ist ideal mit leichter bis mittlerer Strömung zu betauchen und man kann dabei auch sehr viele große Thunas im Blauwasser beobachten, aber auch mit etwas Glück den Adlerrochen beim Fressen im Sand zuschauen.

This Giri is located in the Ghuradu Channel and on both sides it drops down to a sandy channel bottom. The top reef on the north side starts in about 3-5 meters with small coral blocks and lots of schooling fish. The reef drops down gently and you can find a lot of caves and small overhangs. The side that should be dived lies parallel to Palm Beach Island Resort and with an ingoing current you will have the reef on your left shoulder. In the large overhangs you will find sandy areas, where there is a good chance to find stingrays sleeping or big groupers resting. On the channel bottom you will find only sand and small green coral trees. Have a closer look at the overhangs and you will find a lot of different soft corals hanging from the ceiling. This dive site can be dived with a small to a medium current and there is always a good chance to see larger fish. Therefore always check in the blue water for big tunas and even eagle rays.
