Besonderheiten: Idealer Platz für Nachttauchgänge, strömungsfrei, sandig mit vielen Korallenblöcken! Tagsüber zu 90 % Adlerrochen, Stachelrochen, Fledermausfische, Stupsnasen Pompanos, Schildkröten, Schnapper, Süsslippen, Napoleons ... !

Very flat and simple diving place with sandy ground, predominant in the flow free inside atoll around the corner in the Gan channel!
Unusual features: Ideal place for night diving walks, flow free, sandy with many coral blocks! During the day to 90% eagle rays, stingrays, bat fish, nudging noses Pompanos, turtles, snaps, Süsslippen, of Napoleon ... !

Dieser Platz im Innenatoll ist immer strömungsfrei und einfach zu betauchen! Start ist meistens am Innenriff bis zur Ecke und dann um die Ecke in den Kanal von Gan, der aber selten Strömung hat, also, auch ideal für Tauchanfänger! Tauchtiefe liegt zwischen 5m und max. 15m, der Durchschnitt liegt um die 8m Tiefe! Viele Pilzkorallen mit Massen an Glasfischen, Schnappern, Barsche, Garnelen und Lobster. Viele Papageienfische, ab und zu auch Büffelkopf-Papageienfische, Napoleons und Schildkröten! Hier kann man wieder richtig nach kleinen Sachen suchen und die Details genießen! Auf der Hälfte der Strecke kommt man an einen großen Korallenblock, wo sich immer eine große Schule an Fledermausfischen aufhält (ca. 20 bis 40 Fische)! Manchmal sind sie sehr neugierig und es scheint sie wollen aus der Hand fressen! Aber dort auch sehr viele Schnapper und große Barsche! Auch gelegentlich Weisspitzenhaie! Ein Stück danach hat man immer gute Chancen auf Adlerrochen und Stachelrochen! Direkt auf der Ecke ist alles flach, ca. 10m tief und kaum Korallenblöcke mehr! Dort hält sich eine große Gruppe an Stupsnasen Pompanos auf, was eigentlich nur sehr selten zu finden ist! Auch diese umkreisen gerne die Taucher und sind sehr neugierig! Wenn man dem Riff folgt, kommt eine kleine Abbruchkante von 6m bis auf 10m, welche zu einigen Korallenblöcke führt! In diesem Gebiet hat man meistens Adlerrochen und Stachelrochen, also, Augen auf!
Nach den Korallenblöcke kommt noch einmal eine Sandfläche, die bis aufs Top-Riff hoch reicht! Dort liegen auch öfters Stachelrochen und manchmal schlafende Weisspitzenhaie! Auf der Sandfläche im 5m Bereich schauen, dort tummeln sich manchmal bis zu 10 Stachelrochen! Die überwiegende Art sind Federschwanz Stachelrochen, aber auch Peitschenschwanz Stachelrochen! Alle sehr groß, bis zu 2m im Durchmesser! Danach kann man den Sicherheitsstop machen und sich im Kanal Austreiben lassen!

Gan Inside is a very easy Dive side. No Current and you dive in average 10m. The max. Depth is 14m. The Top Reef starts on 3m with lots of big Mushroom Coral Blocks who slope down to a deep of 10m. Between the Blocks is Sandy bottom. Also the Sand is falling slowly from 10 to 14 m and goes far away from the reef. In this Sandy area you often can found Stingrays and Eagle Rays. On the Reef between the blocks you will see Batfish, Snappers, Scorpion fish, Lobsters, Pipefish, Napoleon, Mackerel, big Groupers and lots of small things.
At the corner to the channel we often see Green turtle they have a size from 1m till 1,80m, really big but no joke! Sometimes when you have luck, you can see big Barracudas and White tip Reef shark in the Channel! But most time we have Eagle Rays to see!
When we go on the End on the Top of the Reef, where we have sandy bottom, that's a natural meeting point for Stingrays! Sometimes we found up to 15 Stingrays there, but nearly every time between2 and 5 Stingrays! This is a nice Dive side where we can search for special things and you can concentrate on one thing! Really special are the Night Dives on Gan Inside, with sleeping Green turtles, Shrimps, and Lobsters and sometimes a lot of Buffalo Head Parrot Fish! And millions of other small things you found in all the holes there.
