Gan Hausriff

Gan Hausriff ist zwar kein Korallenplatz aber man findet sehr viel interessantes an Kleinen Meeresbewohner. Sehr genau sollte man sich den Anlegesteg (Jetty) anschauen, dort findet man immer eine Menge. Viele Seenadeln, Drachenköpfe, bis zu 4 echte Steinfische, Muränen, Scherengarnelen, Lobster, Fangschreckenkrebs, Makrelen und auch Rotfeuerfische. Besonders an der Riffkante an 2 Korallenblöcken findet man echte Steinfische und am linken sind immer Schaukelfische! Das Riff fällt steil bis auf 25m ab und geht in Sandboden über. Das Riff ist eher Sandig und felsig und nicht so farbenfroh wie die Außenriffe, aber es gibt einige interessante Korallenblöcke, wo man viele Glasfische und Putzergarnelen findet, mehrere großen Barsche und Napoleon, viele unterschiedliche Anemonen, Feuerfische, Seenadeln, Doktor und Papageien Fische sowie manchmal auch Schildkröten, Adlerrochen und Weisspitzen Riff Haie.
Ein Tipp: Schaut euch an, was da ist und nicht nach dem, was nicht ist! Interessant auf jeden Fall für alle Makro Fans!

Gan House reef is an interested Place, more Sandy and small Stones with some bigger Coral Blocks! Around the Jetty you can found a lot of pipefish, 4 real Stonefish, 2 Leaf fish, Moray Eel, Shrimps, Lobsters and Jack fish. The two coral blocks on the left side of the jetty direct on the edge of the Reef you will found always the leaf fish and really often there are real Stonefish. Sometimes also around big Groupers, Eagle Rays and Napoleon. In the deeper area sometimes White tip reef shark. On 15 m there are two nice big coral blocks full with glassfish and a lot of cleaning Shrimp, there are always two big Groupers and sometimes also Turtles! Turtle you meet often in middle of the reef or on the Top reef, also in the sand there are sometime Stingrays! The Top reef has a lot of Coral Blocks, where you found the most fishes, thousands of pipefish's, Surgery fish and parrotfishes. But look for the anemone, there are a lot of different types to found and most also a special Shrimp around them!
One Tipp: Don't search for things that are not there, look for the things that are there, it can be very interested!
