Bei
'all inclusive' kann man sich gratis pro Person ein Fahrrad ausborgen.
Laut Reiseveranstalter 1 Tag, bei wenig Gästen darf man das rad
jedoch fast immer für die ganzen 14 Tage gratis benützen. Bitte
beachten Sie: Auf den Malediven gilt Linksverkehr, also links fahren,
rechts gehen und vor dem Überqueren der Straße zuerst rechts schauen
und dann erst links! Da alle Malediver strenggläubige Moslems sind,
müssen außerhalb der Hotelanlage die Schultern und die Knie bedeckt
sein, sowohl bei Frauen, als bei Männern!
With 'all inclusive' you can borrow freely a bicycle. According
to the travel organizer for 1 day, with few guests, however, you
can use it freely mostly for all the 14 days. Please take into
account: In the Maldives the left-driving is valid, so drives on
the left and goes on the right side of the street and look first
on the right and then on the left side bevore crossing the street!
Since all Maldives peoples are strict Muslims, the shoulders and
the knees must be covered outside the hotel plant, as well as with
women and with men! |

Neben den 2 täglichen Gratis-Schnorchelausflügen, kann jeder
"all inclusive" Tourist auch einmal gratis beim Inselhüpfen
mitfahren, allerdings lohnt sich dieser Ausflug fast nicht. Es
wird die Einheimischen-Insel Hulhudhoo besucht, eine halbe Stunde
vor Bushy geschnorchelt, dann folgt das Mittagessen auf Bushy und
danach kann man im 50-70cm tiefen Wasser der mit Korallenschutt
bedeckten, toten Lagune schnorcheln. Sandalen nicht vergessen,
denn die Insel ist fast zur Gänze mit grobem Korallenschutt bedeckt!

Besides
the 2 daily free snorkel excursions everybody "all inclusive"
tourist can freely go with the "Island hopping", this
excursion almost isn't worthwhile, though, too. The native island
of Hulhudhoo is visited, then snorkeled an half hour on Bushy Inside,
then follows the lunch on Bushy Island and after this you can snorkeling
in the 50-70 cm "deep" water of the lagoon which is covered
with dead coral rubble. Not forgetting sandals because the island
almost is covered with a rough coral rubble completely! Increase
about this at my excursions-side. |

Um
10 und 14 Uhr fährt das hoteleigene große Schnorchelboot vom Jetty zu den
verschgiedenen Schnorchelplätzen, wie Banana-Thila, Viligili Hausriff,
Gan Inside, Mulikede Hausriff, oder andere. Sind es einmal weniger als
5 Schnorchler, dann fährt manchmal auch das kleine Bot, allerdings nicht
ab Jetty, sondern links daneben vom Strand weg. Da dieses Booot wesentlich
schneller ist (vorausgesetzt, der Motor springt an!), fährt es auch zu
weiter entfernten Riffen, wie Bushy Outside, Kuda Kandu, oder Umaru's Place,
usw. Im Mai/Juni gibt es leider nur zeitweise klare Sicht, ansonsten trübt
das viele Plankton in diesem kleinen Atoll die meisten Fotos!
The hotel own big snorkel boat goes daily
at 10 and 2 p.m. from the Jetty to the different snorkel places as Banana-Thila,
Viligili housereef, Gan Inside, Mulikede housereef or others. If it are
less than 5 snorkeler once, then the little boat runs sometimes, too, but
not from the Jetty, but left besides of the beach away. Since this Booot
is fundamentally faster (provided that the engine starts!), it also drive
to reefs further away as Bushy Outside, Kuda Kandu, or Umarus Place etc.
In May/June there is a clear view only at this last places, otherwise in
this small atoll the much plankton dulls the most photos! |

Durch
die kühle Strömung aus den angrenzenden Tiefen des Indischen Ozeans wurde
das Addu Atoll von Coral Bleaching durch El Ninjo weitgehend verschont
und so findet man hier an den meisten Tauch- und Schnorchelplätzen viel
mehr schöne Korallen, als in den anderen Atollen! Große Fischschwärme sieht
man beim Schnorcheln jedoch seltener, das bleibt mehr den Tauchern überlassen,
aber die schönsten Korallenwiesen der Malediven für Schnorchler gibt es
derzeit nur im Addu Atoll.

of the Indian Ocean the Addu atoll was spared of Coral Bleaching by El
Ninjo largely and you finds here at the most diving and snorkel places
much so more embellishes corals than in the other atolls! Large shoals
of fish are rare when snorkeling, there have it the divers better, but
the the most beautiful coral meadows of the Maldives for snorkeler are
only in the Addu atoll at present. |
