Das Maldivian Tourism Promotion Board (MTPB) präsentierte, wie jedes Jahr, auch diesmal wieder vom 11. bis 15. März die Malediven bei der ITB 2009 in Halle 5.2 auf dem Messegelände in Berlin.
Wegen Sparmaßnahmen sollte dieses Jahr die bereits traditionelle Maldivian-Night diesmal ausfallen, aber sie fand dann doch statt.

The Maldives Tourism Promotion Board (MTPB) presented, just like every year, as also this time again, from the 11th until 15th March the Maldives at the ITB 2009 in hall 5.2 on the fairground in Berlin.
Because of economy measures, the already traditional Maldivian-Night should be canceled this year, but however, then it took place.

The ITB 2009

Vom 11. bis 15. März 2009 fand die ITB, die größte Ferienmesse der Welt, in Berlin statt. Die ersten 3 Tage waren nur für Fachbesucher reserviert und nur der 14. und 15. März waren allgemein zugänglich. Ich war vom 10. bis 14. März in Berlin und konnte am 11., 12. und 13. März am Messestand der ITB stehen und einige tolle Verbindungen für Protect the Maldives knüpfen with Bathala, Gangehi, Hulule Island Hotel, MAT, TMA, and maybe also with Maadogali, Nika Hotel, Angsana InOcean and Villingili.

From the 11. until 15. March 2009 took place the ITB Berlin, the biggest vacation-fair of the whole world. The first 3 days was reserved only for compartment-visitors and only the 14. and 15. March was generally accessible. I was from the 10. until 14. March in Berlin and stand on the 11., 12. and 13. March at the Maldivian booth and I could create some great connections for Protect the Maldives with Bathala, Gangehi, Hulule Island Hotel, MAT, TMA, and maybe also with Maadogali, Nika Hotel, Angsana InOcean and Villingili.
